Areas of Activity
We conduct our operations in a wide area covering the Mediterranean and Aegean regions, primarily including the provinces of Antalya and Izmir. Additionally, our activities extend to the provinces of Burdur, Isparta, Afyonkarahisar, Denizli, Uşak, Muğla, Aydın and Manisa.
Personal Care Products
We provide sales and distribution services to all retail groups, including local chains, pharmacies, hotel markets, wholesale cosmetic businesses, and supermarkets, within our regional boundaries. We offer a wide range of personal care, fragrance, and cosmetic products, totaling close to 20,000 varieties.
Household Products
Within our regional boundaries, we provide sales and distribution services to all retail groups, including local chains, supermarkets, grocery stores, and convenience stores. We offer a wide range of food and cleaning products, totaling close to 4,000 varieties.
Beverages
Within our regional boundaries, we provide sales and distribution services with a wide product portfolio in the category of non-alcoholic beverages. Our portfolio includes water, fruit juices, mineral water, energy drinks, sports drinks, carbonated beverages, and iced tea. We offer a diverse range of products in this category.
Floats & Toys
Within our regional boundaries, we provide sales and distribution services as an importer with a wide product portfolio in the category of marine beds, life jackets, arm bands, inflatable items, swimming equipment, beach toys, and licensed products. We offer a diverse range of products in this category.

Duru Grup is an integrated organization consisting of sales and distribution companies operating in similar styles in the Mediterranean and Aegean regions, as well as support companies that provide services specifically tailored to the common needs of these companies.
Duru Grup provides services with high-quality standards and state-of-the-art storage systems in its various warehouses. The details of our warehouses are as follows:
Antalya Warehouse: It has an open area of 25,000m² and a closed area of 13,000m².
Manavgat Warehouse: It has an open area of 5,000m² and a closed area of 2,000m².
Fethiye Warehouse: It has an open area of 1,500m² and a closed area of 1,000m².
Ortaca Warehouse: It has an open area of 2,000m² and a closed area of 1,500m².
İzmir Warehouse: It has an open area of 16,000m² and a closed area of 8,000m².
Denizli Warehouse: It has an open area of 3,500m² and a closed area of 3,000m².
These warehouses are equipped with the latest technology and provide efficient storage solutions for our operations.

In the hiring process for our group companies, priority is given to candidates who are successful in interpersonal relationships, inclined towards teamwork, self-confident, dynamic, and creative.
Orientation Process
Newly joined employees are provided with orientation trainings in accordance with the requirements of their positions. These trainings, which vary between field and desk-based activities according to the job requirements, aim to ensure that employees quickly adapt to their roles and become integrated into the company and its culture.
Training Process
We embrace the philosophy of 'The Inevitability of Change' as one of our principles. We ensure that our employees participate in internal and external training programs aimed at their continuous professional and personal development. This enables them to stay updated and grow in their respective fields.
Internships
Our internship programs aim to benefit from qualified workforce in the short term and evaluate and guide students who have the potential to become our future employees in the long term. Applications for the Summer Internship Program are accepted in April each year. The applications are evaluated in May, and all candidates are informed of the outcome. For the internships at Trade Vocational Schools accepted during the winter period, applications are submitted by filling out the application form at our companies between June 1 and September 30 each year. The applications are evaluated during the same period, and all candidates are notified of the outcome.
Social Responsibility
The ‘Necla – Yaşar Duru Multidisciplinary High School,’ established in the hometown of Mr. Yaşar Duru, the Founder and Chairman of Duru Grup, and his spouse, was inaugurated in İbradı in 2005.
